We now run automatic daily backups of every hosting account, retained for the last 7 days, at no extra cost. If you accidentally delete a file, push a broken update, or get hit by a malware infection, you can restore from any of the previous 7 days with a single click from cPanel.
Backups cover your full file system, all databases, email accounts, and DNS zones. They are stored on a separate backup server in an isolated network segment, so a problem on the production server cannot corrupt them.
For mission-critical sites that need longer retention or off-site copies, our Pro and Business plans include extended 30-day retention. We also offer one-off restoration assistance from our support team if you would rather have a human handle it.
