XiboCloud is a service of XIBOX, LDA, a limited liability company registered in Mozambique under tax identification number NUIT 402100265 and commercial licence (Alvará) 4/07/01/RT/2026. Our registered office is in Maputo, and we are fully compliant with Mozambican commercial and tax law.
For our customers, this matters in three ways. First, you have a real legal entity to contract with — not an offshore shell. Second, our invoices are valid for tax purposes in Mozambique and recognised by SARS, AT, and other regional tax authorities. Third, in the unlikely event of a dispute, you have access to local consumer-protection mechanisms.
