See our Getting Started guide on creating your first email account. In summary: log in to cPanel → Email → Email Accounts → + Create. Each plan includes a fixed number of mailboxes (or unlimited on Pro and above).
You can also create email forwarders (forward all mail for one address to another), auto-responders (vacation messages), mailing lists, and aliases all from the Email section of cPanel. Catch-all addresses are configurable too — useful for small businesses that want any typo-ed address (like contact@, cantac@) to still reach a real inbox.
