SSL certificates are installed and renewed automatically on every domain you host with us, using free Let's Encrypt certificates. You don't need to do anything — just point your domain to our nameservers, and within 15 minutes the green padlock appears.
If for some reason a certificate hasn't issued (most often because DNS hasn't fully propagated yet, or because there's a DNS CAA record blocking Let's Encrypt), you can trigger issuance manually:
- Log in to cPanel.
- Go to Security → SSL/TLS Status.
- Click Run AutoSSL.
For paid wildcard or extended-validation certificates, you can purchase one from your client area, then install it via cPanel → SSL/TLS → Install and Manage SSL. We're also happy to install it for you — just open a ticket.
