After you place your hosting order, you'll receive a welcome email titled "New Account Information". This email contains your cPanel username, temporary password, and the cPanel URL.
To log in, you can either:
- Click the cPanel link in your welcome email and enter the credentials shown.
- Or log in to your XiboCloud client area, click on your service, then click Login to cPanel — this signs you in automatically without needing to remember the password.
The first time you log in, we strongly recommend changing your password from Preferences → Password & Security, and enabling two-factor authentication if available. Your cPanel account is the master key to your hosting — keep it safe.
