Uptime Guarantee
XiboCloud guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly.
Credit Schedule

| 99.0% - 99.9% | 10% of monthly fee |
| 95.0% - 99.0% | 25% of monthly fee |
| Below 95.0% | 50% of monthly fee |
Exclusions
Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and issues caused by customer actions are excluded from uptime calculations.
Credit Request
Submit credit requests within 30 days of the incident to support@xibocloud.com.
