New hosting accounts are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of service. This applies to shared and cloud hosting plans only.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registrations and renewals
- SSL certificates (once issued)
- Setup fees
- Dedicated server plans
- VPS plans after provisioning
How to Request a Refund
Contact billing@xibocloud.com with your account details and reason for the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
