XiboCloud guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosting services, measured monthly.

Credit Schedule

Monthly UptimeService Credit
99.0% - 99.9%10% of monthly fee
95.0% - 99.0%25% of monthly fee
Below 95.0%50% of monthly fee

Exclusions

Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, and issues caused by customer actions are excluded from uptime calculations.

Credit Request

Submit credit requests within 30 days of the incident to support@xibocloud.com.
