Welcome to XiboCloud. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
XiboCloud provides web hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. All services are subject to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are payable in advance. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Prices may be changed with 30 days notice.
4. Service Level Agreement
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting services. See our full SLA for details on credits and exclusions.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
XiboCloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
